How to change the owner of a .gr domain
You sold a business, renamed a company, or want a domain moved from your own name to your company's. A .gr can change hands, and the holder's details can change, but both go through the registrar that manages the domain.

Three different changes
Updating the holder's details
A new address, phone number or email address. These changes go through your registrar. EETT requires you to inform your registrar within 30 days of any change to your details, such as your name or corporate name, contact number or address. If you don't, the domain can be deactivated and deleted after a further 30 days.
Changing the holder's name
The same holder under a new name, for example after a company changes its corporate name. The registry treats this as a paid operation and caps the charge at 44€.
Transferring the domain to a new holder
The domain passes to another person or company, for example when you sell a business. The registry allows it, and the registrar that manages the domain carries it out. It is a paid operation.
